Drain Lining & Patch Repairs in Andover
Relining cures cracks, open joints and root ingress by curing a resin sleeve against the inside of your existing pipe — structural repair without the excavator.
What you are actually dealing with
Lining works because the problem with most failed drains is the pipe wall, not the route. If the run still holds its shape, a resin-saturated liner can be winched or inverted into position, inflated against the old wall and cured hard. What you end up with is a seamless pipe inside a pipe, sealed against roots and groundwater, with a design life measured in decades.
A short defect gets a patch — typically half a metre to a couple of metres, positioned precisely over the damage. A run that has failed along its length gets a full liner from chamber to chamber. Junctions are reopened afterwards with a robotic cutter so nothing upstream is lost.
For Andover properties with block paving, mature planting or a conservatory sitting over the drain run, this is usually the difference between a one-day job and a fortnight of mess.

Method
How we handle drain lining
Prepare
The line is jetted clean and any roots or intruding material are cut back so the liner can sit flat against the pipe wall.
Measure
Exact position and length of the defect logged from the survey, and the liner cut to suit rather than approximated.
Install
Resin-saturated liner positioned, inflated and cured in place. Most domestic jobs are complete within a single visit.
Reinstate
Junctions cut back open where needed, final survey recorded, footage and guarantee sent over.
Questions
Drain Lining — the usual questions
Straight answers, including the ones that mean we do not get the job.
Marginally — usually a few millimetres. Because the new surface is smooth rather than rough old clay, flow performance typically improves rather than drops.

Get it looked at before it gets worse
Blockages rarely clear themselves and broken pipes never do. A phone call costs nothing and usually tells you whether this is urgent.
